Meeting Room Rental

If you are looking for a comfortable, convenient location for your next meeting, workshop or seminar, consider renting one of the library’s meeting rooms.

Rental of a meeting room is contingent upon agreement to, and signing of, the library’s Meeting Room Rental Policy. For more information, or to book meeting space, call 905-892-6443 or email: admin@pelhamlibrary.on.ca. Rentals that extend beyond the Library’s operating hours are available.

Reserve Meeting Space

Rates

  • Nonprofit organizations$30.00 for up to 4 hours, $60.00 all day
  • For profit organizations:   $50.00 for up to 4 hours, $100.00 all day

Equipment included with rental

  • Tables and chairs (both libraries)
  • Podium (Fonthill)
  • Projection screen (Fonthill) or flat screen T.V. (Maple Acre)

With prior arrangement, a digital LED projector (PC compatible – laptop computer not included) can be borrowed for use in the Fonthill Branch meeting space.

 

Festival Room

  • Located at the Fonthill Branch
  • Accommodates up to 60 people (chairs only) or up to 30 people (table and chairs)
  • May be set up for lectures, meetings, displays, workshops or receptions
  • Includes a projection screen and access to a fridge and sink
  • Set up and cleanup is the responsibility of the person(s) or group(s) renting
  • Please review the Meeting Room Policy prior to booking a room

Maple Acre Meeting Room

  • Located at the Maple Acre Branch
  • Accommodates up to 30 people (chairs only) or up to 15 people (table and chairs)
  • May be set up for lectures, meetings, displays, workshops or receptions
  • Includes a flat screen T.V. with hdmi hookup and access to a sink
  • Set up and cleanup is the responsibility of the person(s) or group(s) renting
  • Please review the Meeting Room Policy prior to booking a room
