Join Laura Wright, local author of The First Mess Cookbook and blog, as she cooks weeknight-friendly vegan dinners that are full of flavour and comfort for cool fall evenings. These recipes will focus on pantry ingredients and seasonal produce. In partnership with the Welland Public Library.
