Join author Darcy Patrick for his course, “Creative Writing for the Mind, Body and Soul”. This four-part series of workshops focuses on writing as a therapeutic tool to fight depression and anxiety. You will learn to use writing hand in hand with mindfulness, learn to create your own meditations and a safe place!
